New super mario bros (custom sounds remake)

This game was a very interesting game to work, i used a lot of interesting sounds and a lot of instruments to make this game sound good. This game is very popular and has a massive audience around the world.

Most of the sounds hear were made by instruments such as guitars, drums, xylophones, metal-phones etc. For the sounds which i couldn't get exactly, i altered using pitch shifters once again, i also used pitch shifters on the vocals to make my voice sound more appealing to a younger audience.

Here is how i altered the sound to make it how i wanted.

I also used chan EQ

Skyrim (custom sounds remake)

Here is skyrim, one of my favourite games. I enjoyed working on this game very much because i understood the game and the feel the game has on the audience. This really helped me when collecting the sounds because i knew exactly what i wanted and how to get them. Even though i knew what i was doing this was a challenging clip to work on because some sounds were very had to think of such as wings flapping and a dragons roar, in order to create these sounds i had to be very creative when i was recording, but at the end it payed off.

First i recorded the vocals for a dragon, i myself voiced the first dragon and i believe the clarity and expression of the voice was on point. afterwards in the editing process i edited the sound to make it sound more fierce, angry and make the voice sound purely evil. to do this i used a pitch shifter filter to distort the pitch of my voice into a deeper harsh sound and also added a reverb to make the voice sound powerful and loud.
I also edited the sound of the other dragon too in a similar way but kept a little difference in the sound so you can tell the individual difference in voice between both of the dragons.

I also added reverb and pitch shifters to the roar of the dragon (which i created by getting a group of people to roar loud) and also the flapping of the wings (which i got by flapping a duvet).

The music i got from the logic loops which i tweaked for my own effect.

For the sound of the dragons ice breath i had trouble getting a right sound, at the end i merged two sounds together which did not sound good by it self but together it sounded great, the first sound was a blow dryer and the second sound was from an aerosol spray being lit of fire.

Rudimental-right here (video concept)

Creative concepts

This music video is very abstract and unorthodox like many other music videos from this genre. This video does not show any of the artists and has a very artistic video. Most of rudimental's videos are like this where they do not show the artists and instead have very creative videos.

Performers image

As i've said before none of the performers are show in this video, in fact no one is show, yet still this shows the performer as a humble and well person who cares more about music than the actual fame and fortune.

Narrative

There is completely no narrative and no plot what so ever, but the sequence of shots and images have a pattern linking with the vocals and beats.

Pace

The pace of this music video is constantly fast paced and stays like this through out the whole video. the pace of the shots in the video fluctuate depending wether the vocals or beat is dominant.

Mood

listening to this song puts forward a feeling of mystery and a majestic, this is done in combination of many aspects in the video and music for example no people in the video, graffiti, panning landscapes, stars, clubs and the nature of the vocals.

Intended audience

Here i would say 16 - 40 but really i believe there are many other people listening to this because it is very pleasing to listen to and really is universal.
